I will not develop a formal professional profile as such, I will only talk a little about myself.
I am an Industrial Engineer graduated from the Catholic University Santa María la Antigua (USMA) in Panama City. However. I have two passions in my professional life: technology and Real Estate. I've dedicated the last 12 years of my life doing both and I really enjoy it. But how did I get to this point?
First of all, during my last year of college I started working in one of the largest franchises in the world in Real Estate in commercial properties (CB Richard Ellis) as a consultant doing market research. At that time Panama was experiencing a real estate boom that lasted for several years. This is the time when my interest in the real estate industry started and I continued to work for the following years as an independent real estate agent.
In 2010 I also became part of a family business, SION, SA, dedicated to software development and systems implementations. It was a great experience for doing business in Panama and also in the Central American region. We used to represent software products from different parts of the world, as well as our own systems. This allowed me to learn and understand another type of sales, more complex and with a much longer cycle, but at the same time very interesting. This has also given me the opportunity to do business in other countries.
Today I continue to dedicate myself to both areas (IT and Real Estate) as an independent consultant.
I am a member of ACOBIR (Panamanian Association of Real Estate Brokers and Developers), whom I thank for the effort and commitment they put into improving the level of professionals in the real estate industry. Because of this, I had the opportunity to become an International Realtor Member (IRM) of NAR (National Association of Realtos) of the United States, and I have certifications CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), and e-PRO (specialization in digital marketing and Data Privacy). Education is key to keep myself up to date and to help me provide the best services to my clients.
