I am Oscar Bonilla, an Industrial Engineer by training and a business strategist by experience. My career is defined not by titles, but by results: over 400 closed real estate transactions and more than a decade leading digital transformation processes for companies in Panama and Central America.

 

I don’t just sell square meters; I design solutions where technology and real estate integrate to drive smarter decision-making.

​My background...

My real estate journey began in 2007 at one of the most prestigious global commercial real estate firms during Panama's largest property boom. There, I learned a lesson that continues to guide my work: the real estate market is driven not by intuition, but by data, strategy, and professional execution.

Since then, I have worked in the sale and leasing of properties across various segments of the Panamanian market, always with a structured and results-oriented approach.

​

In parallel, since 2010, I have been part of the commercial management of a company specializing in the development and implementation of enterprise software in Panama and Central America. This experience has allowed me to lead B2B sales processes, develop new business lines, and participate in high-complexity technological projects across several countries in the region.

​

The combination of both industries is one of my greatest strengths today: understanding how companies operate, how investment decisions are made, and how high-value projects are negotiated allows me to advise my clients with a much broader vision than that of a traditional intermediary.

The world is changing at unimaginable speeds, and technology is the ultimate proof. The arrival of Artificial Intelligence in our daily lives and its application in personal and professional spheres has sparked a revolution that must be considered the most significant technological milestone of recent times.

Today, I apply AI tools to enhance data analysis, optimize commercial processes, and support decision-making in both real estate projects and technological initiatives. It is not about using technology because it’s trendy, but using it when it truly provides efficiency and clarity.

My work is based on a combination of field experience, technical training, and international standards. I am not a generalist; I am an internationally certified consultant who utilizes technological tools and AI to optimize every phase of the projects I handle.

• Proven track record of over 17 years in the sale and leasing of real estate throughout the Republic of Panama.

• Member of ACOBIR (Panamanian Association of Real Estate Brokers and Developers) since 2016, and member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in the United States.

• Key Certifications: Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS); Seller Representative Specialist (SRS); Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR); Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE); and e-PRO® (specialization in digital marketing and data privacy).

• Technological DNA paired with over 15 years of experience working on system implementation projects for private companies and government institutions in Panama and Central America.
