I am Oscar Bonilla—Panamanian, Industrial Engineer, and I have dedicated the last 16 years of my life to sales and business management. My experience focuses on two areas with very different sales cycles: Information Technology (particularly software development and systems integration) and Real Estate investments. Below are the details of the journey that brought me here..
My background...
My history in real estate began unexpectedly in 2007, when I was hired by a global commercial real estate firm to conduct market research in the Republic of Panama. It is important to understand that during this time, Panama was experiencing the largest real estate boom in its history, which allowed me to witness the evolution of various market segments firsthand over the following years. Some time later, after obtaining my Real Estate License, I started working independently until 2013, when I founded my first real estate company.
For more than 17 years I have worked on a significant number of transactions of various types across differente segments, both residential and commercial, serving both local and foreign clients. Likewise, I have managed the procedures and paperwork for many of these transactions, which has allowed me to understand the complete business cicle in detail. Thanks to this, I can now provide comprehensive advisory services to my clients, where we don't just look for a sale; we seek to simplify the legal processes and procedures our clients must nagivate to fulfill their goal of selling or renting a property.
In parallel, from 2010 to 2025, I was part of the commercial management team for a company specialized in software development and implementation in Panama and Central America. Over the following years, I had the opportunity to specialize in B2B sales processes, develop new business lines, and participate in complex technological projects for private companies and government institutions, both in Panama and throughout Central America. Additionally, I was in charge of vendor management for the various business lines the company represented, which gave me the opportunity to gain experience working with international providers across different continents.
The combination of both industries is one of my greatets strenghts today: understanding how companies operate, how investement decisions are made, and how high-value projects are negotiated, allows me to advise my clients with a very broad perspective.

Leveraging my experience in the IT industry, I have successfully used artificial intelligence tools to increase productivity and efficiency across my personal and professional life. From data collection and analysis, process optimization, workflow management, to creating marketing and sales strategies, and even executing small programming systems, Artificial Intelligence is a fundamental support for my day-to-day operations.
